By accessing or using img.in.net ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

img.in.net provides image and video hosting, processing, and CDN delivery services via API. We automatically optimize and transcode uploaded media files.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload, store, or distribute illegal content
  • Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content depicting child exploitation (CSAM)
  • Upload content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • At our sole discretion for any business reason

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve that content as part of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content for training, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the Service.

6. Content Deletion

You may delete your content at any time through the API or dashboard. Upon deletion request:

  • Original files are deleted immediately
  • Processed variants are deleted immediately
  • CDN cache may take up to 24 hours to fully purge

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, img.in.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
